Refund Policy of Caked KL

Once we received your orders, there is no turning back. No refunds will be issued.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a photo of your received goods as proof. Once we receive the photo, Caked KL will then check on the photo and access the situation and give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order) if needed to.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a refund.
